1. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?

There two great ways to track orders and payment: (1) Create an account on swishfashionisland.com, where you have access on your history, status and more. OR (2) Look out for an email from us once you place an order online and there you will receive tracking and payment information.


2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

Order processing usually take between 24-48 hours; once, order has been processed by 4:59 p.m. the order is immediately shipped out the same day or If processing is complete after 5:00 p.m. the item will be shipped the next day.


3. HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?

Orders are through USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL


4. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

Credit Card, Debit Card, Amazon Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, and Paypal 


5. WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

 Swish Fashion Island and Kedge  makes sure that your cargo is insured for lost, stolen or damaged mishaps during delivery and for 14 days after estimated delivery date.

6. HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

For Returns. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


7. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


8. WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS?


Payment is due immediate by using our payment options available. No cash on delivery method. 


9. HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Contact us and will do the exchange for you. 


10. HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

You can still cancel or change order within 24 hours, before the order gets shipped out.


11. CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR PROCESS INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS?

Yes we can ship internationally and accept international cards as long as it is a MasterCard or a Visa.


11. CAN YOU STILL EDIT YOUR ORDER EVEN AFTER YOU HIT SUBMIT?

Yes, you can still edit your order within 24 hours before the order gets shipped out, or you can ContactUs to make the changes for you. 


12. WHAT IF I ORDER SOMETHING AND IT'S OUT OF STOCK?

All Items that are out of stock will be removed from the site daily. All items that you're seeing on the page are available.
